How do I register for Live In Person Seminars?
To register for a seminar (including new lawyer training) you can sign up online (submit the registration form) and pay with a credit card online or by phone. You can also call us to register. You can register by calling or signing up online and then send in a check/money order to our office. (Please put who the seminar is for somewhere on the negotiable instrument). How do I register for WEBCAST Live Seminars?
To register for the new lawyer training webcasts, please go to the "New Lawyer Webcast" subheading above. On this page you will find the registration form that will need to be submitted. You can also print the registration form and send it in with payment. IMPORTANT: There is vital information that needs to be shared with an attendee before participation in the webcast can be done. This information is sent with a confirmation email once the registration form and payment have been completed. You can pay with a credit card using our online store or over the phone. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, personal or business check, money order. Credit card processing is handled through Square.
How do I get my materials after I sign up?
All materials are given to you in electronic form, whether sent via email or available on our website to download. You will be responsible for bringing the materials to the seminar and for supplying a personal device to view them (laptop, etc.) Please keep in mind that the materials can be very lengthy and should be downloaded before arriving to the seminar as WIFI capabilities may not be possible.
Can I make a reservation for lodging, transportation, etc.?
Although we have some great possible deals that we find from time to time, we will not make any reservations for you nor are we liable for any reservations or deposits you give to any third party. This is up to the participant to decide and reserve on his own. You are more than welcome to ask us at any time if we have found any deals thus far for any cities with which we have scheduled an upcoming seminar.
What is your cancellation policy?
Webcast Seminars Only: All cancellations received (in writing) before the seminar will be considered tuition paid in advance for any upcoming webcast seminars that are offered by our company. You are more than welcome to switch your seminar date chosen and we encourage you to only attend the webcast when you are capable of doing entirely as focus is required.
In Person Seminars: All cancellations received (in writing) on or before two weeks prior to the date of the seminar will be refunded. Getaway CLE reserves the right to charge any fees associated with credit card processing to the attendee. All other cancellations, or no shows, will receive the course materials link in full consideration of tuition paid.
