IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTION DOCUMENT / FULL DETAILED INSTRUCTION 
**You will need a compatible laptop or desktop computer to view the webcast program and a strong internet connection (we recommend ethernet if possible). You can be viewing the webcast from any physical location that makes it possible for you to pay attention and meet the necessary requirements. You will be muted and no webcam is needed during the webcast. Have a handset handy as well as your smart cell phone.

Supreme Court Requirements to Obtain Credit for this Webcast: 

     1) You will need to be logged in at the time frames/lectures you are requesting credit.

     2) No other programs can be running on your computer. Please close out all other programs.

     3) Poll questions: You will need to answer 1 poll question per hour of lecture electronically. This is a requirement.  We cannot tell you when the questions will be coming. They may only stay up for a few minutes. There are no right or wrong answers.     Please jot down your answers you have chosen somewhere just in case we request them from you. 

     4) Credit verification: Each day you are required to complete an electronic survey/credit verification that will pop up at the end of the webcast. If you do not receive yours please email getawaycle@yahoo.com and we will provide you with one. 

     5) ONCE ALL OF THE ABOVE IS COMPLETED WE WILL SEND YOUR CREDIT REQUEST TO THE SUPREME COURT OF OHIO FOR FINAL APPROVAL. PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRANSCRIPT WITHIN 1 WEEK TO MAKE SURE THE CREDIT HAS POSTED CORRECTLY. WE WILL ALSO BE SENDING YOU A CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE VIA EMAIL FOR YOUR RECORDS.

We will be communicating any real-time changes via TEXT MESSAGE to the number you provided on your registration/payment. NOTE: You will be responsible for logging in and knowing how to do so BEFORE the seminar time begins. Remember these are live seminar formats therefore be prepared and know your requirements. If you have any questions we STRONGLY suggest that you call/email/text us at least 24 hours before the seminar begins so that your concerns can be addressed fully and the situation can be rectified as to get you comfortable to start the seminar when necessary.

Internet Connection Issues:

*If we, as a company or the software system, are unable to administer the seminar we will notify you immediately VIA TEXT and let you know. Please hang tight. Once we are able to proceed with the seminar we will do so. 

*If you start to have internet issues it is most likely a WIFI connection/weakness issue. If you wifi becomes weak, the program will stop running correctly. PLEASE CLOSE OUT THE PROGRAM AND RE-ENTER TO FIX THE ISSUE. IF YOUR WIFI IS STILL WEAK YOU MAY HAVE TO REBOOT THE PROGRAM A FEW TIMES FOR IT TO WORK CORRECTLY. Again, we strongly urge you to use an ethernet connection if possible to avoid this. IMPORTANT: If you are down momentarily you can still obtain credit. If you are down for an extended period of time, we will not be able to give you credit for the time you are down.
